How to join TOSK

The following are requirements for joining TOSK as a member.

We have 3 categories of memberships:-

  • Full Membership – Tour Operators and Travel Agents
  • Affiliate Membership – establishments that offer tourism services directly to tour operators & travel agents such as;- Hotels, Staycations, Transport/Fleet Companies and Airlines.
  • Associate Membership – establishments that offer tourism services indirectly to tour operators & travel agents such as Banks, Insurance Companies, international booking platforms for operators and agents. 

How to be a Member

A. FULL MEMBER

The requirements to join TOSK are:

1. Membership application form signed and stamped by the director of the company.
2. Membership application fee of Ksh.2000 non-refundable paid once.
3. Annual subscription fee of Ksh.12,500(Kes.10,000 annual plus Kes.2,500 for AGM) non-refundable paid after your documents are approved by the membership committee.
4. Copy of a Valid Tourism Regulatory Authority license of your company.
5. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation or registration of the business.
6. Code of Ethics from TOSK signed and stamped by the director of the company.
7. A copy of lease agreement from your Land Lord.
8. A certificate of good conduct of the director or KRA PIN Certificate of the director or company.
9. Single business permit for the company.

B. AFILLIATE MEMBERSHIP

The requirements to join TOSK are:

  1. Membership application form signed and stamped by the director of the company.
  2. Membership fees of Ksh.50,000 non-refundable paid per year.
  3. AGM Fees of Kes.2,500 per person non-refundable per year.
  4. Copy of a Valid Tourism Regulatory Authority license of your company.
  5. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation or registration of the business.
  6. Code of Ethics from TOSK signed and stamped by the director of the company.
  7. A copy of lease agreement from your Land Lord for properties.
  8. A certificate of good conduct of the director or KRA PIN Certificate of the director or company.
  9. Single business permit for the company.

C. ASSSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

The requirements to join TOSK are:

  1. Membership application form signed and stamped by the director of the company.
  2. Membership Annual Fees of Kes. 150,000/- paid per year.
  3. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation or registration of the business.
  4. Code of Ethics from TOSK signed and stamped by the director of the company.
  5. A copy of lease agreement from your Land Lord.
  6. A certificate of good conduct of the director or KRA PIN Certificate of the director or company.
  7. Single business permit for the company.
  8. Other requirements to be shared as per the line of business of the company.
